some issues during stay

damp beddingchanged hours
I had some issues . the third sleeping place wasn't ready, and the bedding was damp. I had to use a hairdryer. the spa hours changed unexpectedly, cutting my time short. also, no one told me my taxi had arrived. I had to figure it out myself. it wasn't the 5-star service i expected.

superb stay near the airport

the hotel is just a short drive from the airport (about 10 minutes). staff members were always helpful, from arrival by taxi to departure for the airport. the reception area displays airport departure times and check-in information. i found the hotel clean and the staff friendly. spa and wellness facilities provided a good end to my trip.
i thought the parking lot was quite narrow. it felt somewhat impractical.

the breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes (the omelets were excellent). there were multiple options for tea and coffee. the restaurant staff were attentive and efficient.

My room was a Suite and it was very clean. There was a nice location close to airport and to a big shopping center. It was really convenient. Staffs was very friendly and helpful, especially Tatyana and Murat.
There was not enough staff for handle all needs. I waited a lot around the pool. There was not enough support for the hard working lady Kadriye. The hotel did not have playground for kids or kids pool too.
